We function as an embedded part of the business, overseeing brand activations, digital strategy, content production, and public-facing communications to ensure each venue maintains a strong and consistent presence both online and within the local community.

At The Oxford Hotel Bathurst, Gold Rush Group manages the complete marketing and digital ecosystem of the venue. This includes strategic planning and execution of ongoing activations designed to drive consistent foot traffic and maintain a strong weekly presence. Every campaign is planned with the venue’s audience and identity in mind, ensuring that promotions, weekly programming, and major seasonal initiatives all work together as part of a unified strategy. Brock’s operates within the Oxford Hotel and is managed under the same structure, allowing for a consistent voice and visual identity across both brands.

Our work includes full management of the venue’s digital presence. We manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts through Meta Business Suite, including scheduling content, publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer enquiries. This ensures the venue maintains an active and responsive online presence while providing clear communication with patrons. We also manage and maintain the Oxford Hotel’s Google Business profile, ensuring accurate opening hours, event information, imagery, and customer interaction are always up to date.

Gold Rush Group operates on-site regularly to capture original photo and video content across all areas of the venue. This includes activations, live entertainment, food and beverage offerings, and general venue atmosphere. This hands-on content capture allows us to produce authentic material that reflects the real customer experience and feeds directly into an ongoing content pipeline. This content is distributed across all platforms to maintain consistent visibility and engagement throughout the week.

We also oversee all design and branding materials for the Oxford Hotel and Brock’s. This includes digital advertising, posters, in-venue signage, promotional graphics, menus, and campaign artwork. Maintaining consistent branding across print and digital environments ensures that every customer touchpoint reflects a professional and unified identity. This approach allows the venues to maintain a strong visual presence both inside the venue and across digital platforms.

Gold Rush Group also supports the Oxford Hotel’s role within the local community by coordinating communication with local sporting teams and organisations sponsored by the venue. This includes assisting with promotional material, announcements, and collaboration opportunities. Maintaining these relationships helps reinforce the venue’s position as a key part of the Bathurst community and ensures sponsorship partnerships receive consistent visibility.

Following the recent acquisition of Lawson Park Hotel by the Lion Majestic Hospitality Group, Gold Rush Group has taken the lead in establishing the venue’s marketing direction and digital presence. We are spearheading the full rebrand and rollout of the venue across all public channels, including social media setup, content strategy, visual identity, and promotional planning. This includes building the venue’s online presence from the ground up and developing a clear brand voice that reflects its position within the Mudgee community.

Our work at Lawson Park Hotel includes ongoing content production, platform management, and activation planning designed to establish early momentum and long-term growth.
